• •Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled appointment time
• •If you're running late, please contact us as soon as possible
• •Late arrivals may result in reduced service time or rescheduling

We understand that plans can change. However, to maintain our high level of service:

• •Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment
• •Late cancellations (less than 24 hours notice) may incur a fee
• •No-shows will be charged the full service amount
• •Repeated cancellations or no-shows may affect future booking privileges

• •We accept all major credit cards, cash, and digital payments
• •A credit card may be required to hold your appointment
• •Prices are subject to change without notice
• •Tips are appreciated but not included in the service price
